Wes, W3WL was one of 26 Dxpedition Team Members on this massive DXpedition effort in February, 2001. It was an endeavor of the Five STAR DXers Association. The operation was from the Le Galawa Beach Hotel in Grande Comore. The 168,722 QSOs made by this team in eighteen days of operation was a New QSO World Record for a DXpedition. This operation virtually removed D6 from contention for a most needed DXCC Country.
