Carl WB4ZNH (past SEDXC President) operated this call in September of 1973, three months after he had upgraded to General. Carl was a true rookie but this operation was a stepping-stone to some of the most exotic DXpeditions ever. Carl ultimately was selected to the CQ DX Hall of Fame and the SEDXC Hall of Fame!
