The Southeastern DX Club is fortunate that one of our members, Bill N4NX, is one of two DXCC QSL Card Field Checkers in Georgia.  To get Bill's help in checking your QSLs, please read the rest of this page carefully.

    General

All current entities on the DXCC list may be field checked regardless of date of the QSO!  The only exceptions are 160 meter QSOs and deleted countries.

The field checker checks to see that a QSL contains all the necessary information as asked for on the most current DXCC application.

Only the DXCC desk determines validity of any particular operation.

Any card appearing altered will be rejected.

    Applicants

    • Are responsible for getting cards to and from the field checker

    • Should place QSLs in the same order as listed on the form

    • Furnish a stamped envelope addressed to the ARRL for purpose of mailing approved application

    • Attach a check for the proper amount payable to the ARRL.
If cards are mailed to the Field Checker, then applicant pays postage to and from checker

Note from Bill: I will accept checks payable to me for return postage -- I prefer to return via US Post Office vs. UPS, etc.

    Field Checker Responsibilities

    • Is responsible for mailing completed application within 48 hours after completion of checking process.

    • Will uphold the highest standards of application integrity.
