Program:  Activating Saba Island Presented by: Chaz Cone, W4GKF Sixteen hams, mostly from the SEDXC, activated a brand-new DXCC entity over a two week period in October 2010. Saba, along with St. Eustatius, became a new entity on 10-10-10; Chaz and others who went will show how they did it -- and how it all worked out with the other three new entities born on the same day.
