The SEDXC Spring Lunch Event will be held at Hudson Grille in Sandy Springs, 6317 Roswell Rd, on Saturday June 21 from 12PM to 3PM. We will have a private room toward the rear of the restaurant and there will be a cash bar. Food will be served buffet-style starting at 12:30PM.  The menu includes three entrées: Cajun Shrimp Pasta blackened shrimp, cajun cream sauce, broccoli, tomato, parmesan cheese Lemon Greek Chicken marinated chicken, tomato spinach fondue, feta, grilled lemon over rice Luau Sirloin teriyaki glaze, mango salsa over rice The meal will also include house salad, tea/soft drinks and dessert. Our lunch event will include award presentations, raffle prizes and, best of all, a chance to catch up with good friends.
