Program:  Tower Climbing Safely Presented by: Dick Sweeley W4AVV Dick “I love my Hex” Sweeley, W4AVV, is a Construction Superintendent for Winter Construction, an Atlanta-based general contractor.  His projects over time have accumulated a phenomenal 1.6 million man-hours since a lost-time accident.  Antennas and climbing go together like ham radio and antennas.  Dick will tell us how to do our antenna work safely.
