Reconnaisance visit to Saba

    In anticipation of Saba being granted DXCC entity status soon, three members of the SEDXC (Bob K4UEE, George N4GRN and Gregg W6IZT) made a recon trip there on March 11-15, 2010.  The purpose was to scout out potential operating locations and to assess the quality of the island infrastructure.  Two excellent operating locations were selected and contracted for.

    Saba is part of the Netherlands Antilles and presently counts as an single entity with St. Maarten and St. Eustatius.  It's assigned prefixes of PJ5-8.

    The scouting team operated as PJ6/K4UEE, PJ6/N4GRN and PJ6/W6IZT.
