Meeting online via ZOOM teleconferencing

We have our club meetings online using ZOOM.  At the bottom of this page are links where you can watch those meetings.

ZOOM is a free teleconferencing program with a client for Windows, Mac, smartphones, tablets and even landlines.  If your device has a webcam it can and should be used.

Here's how it will work:

  1. Go to ZOOM.US And download the program.
  2. Install it.
  3. Run it (start ZOOM).
You should see this screen:

When the time for the meeting approaches, click JOIN (NOT New Meeting!).

You'll be prompted for a meeting id which is 398 473 2518.

You may be asked if you want to use computer audio; say "yes".

You will get a screen asking if you want to join with video; if you have a webcam or are using a smart phone or tablet, there's a button labeled [Join With Video]; click that.

You should see and hear other participants.

If you want to rehearse/check out ZOOM, just click to email Chaz W4GKF to arrange a test.

Hope to see everyone online!
